“When my acrylic paint colour wasn't available, I got a phone call straight from artshed . To either get a refund or a change of colour that relates close to the one not available. Great customer service.”

“I have received my new studio tilting easel on wheels from Art Shed delivered all the way to WA. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and condition of the package on arrival. It has now been assembled and I am using it for the first time. I am loving all the extra features it has. It is much larger than my old tripod easel and holds my canvases more securely with the ease of being able to wheel the easel into position. Thank you Art Shed.”

“I was very happy to receive my order I from Art Shed, but one of the items was damaged in the mail. I took a photo of the product & sent it to Art Shed. I received a return email very quickly, apologising for the damage & offering to send a replacement. This arrived about a week later in perfect condition. The service was 2nd to none, and I will very happily continue to use Art Shed to provide my artist supplies … thank you 😊”

Hi Ann-Marie, I'm glad to hear you received your delivery quickly. The Shiva Oil Colour Paintstiks are a Professional grade oil painting stick, which is quite different from regular crayons. We try to remain competitive with our pricing, and the price we sell these for is the Recommended Retail Price set by the wholesaler, and there are different grades in this range.
