“You have fabulous staff who really know their stuff, and if you don't have it they know who to send me to. Very friendly, well categorised stock, such a good vibe. I gave you a 4/5 simply because you don't stock bookbinding needles/ tools/ threads/ papers. I'm very keen to know if you will consider doing this in the near future. cheers Di”
