“Good range and pricing is competitive but I bought an item that was clearly marked as on sale but when I checked my receipt it hadn't rung up on sale. They didn't apologise or offer to reduce the price so I refunded it and left annoyed.”

“The packaging on my parcel from Art Shed was great. There was no chance of my purchase arriving in less than perfect condition. This is always one of my worries but there was no call to worry here. The delivery arrived within the specified time frame keeping me most happy. The follow up from Art Shed with the offer of any advice or help with my purchase is reassuring.”

“The store lives up to their slogan that is ‘the artists candy store’ - I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with how much was available! There was a wide variety of art and craft products for so many different art mediums and craft hobbies. I had gone in to pick up an order and ended up buying more in store. :)”
