“It took over a week to be delivered even though I paid for express delivery. Then upon arrival the packaging was torn and there was a dint in the canvas - likely from poor handling even though it was labelled “fragile”.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience shopping with us. We were really disappointed to hear it, and it was not the outcome we hope for our customers. Luckily it doesn't happen very often, but occasionally canvases are damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item from us, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will replace it or offer some other resolution for you. The time line of your order was four business days from ordering to delivery, which is bit longer than expected for Express Post, so we will arrange for a partial refund on delivery for you. We will contact you privately to resolve this issue for you, and also the steps on how to repair a dinted canvas, it's surprisingly easy! Please contact us if you would like to discuss anything further.

“Art Shed is a great resource for artists who are looking for paints that aren't stocked locally. I've purchased several tubes of Amsterdam acrylics and Liquitex acrylic paint. Being an Australian supplier, I know exactly how much I'm paying... no calculating costs and postage. Thanks for your prompt delivery and postage costs 👍🏻”
