Hi Beverly, thanks for your review I'm glad to hear you have enjoyed a swift delivery from us. The A3 Paper Pad you ordered is susceptible to the corners being bent in shipping, this is why it is packed the way it was. We have refined our packing methods over many years to maximise the protection of products during the rough handling during shipping, and at the same time reduce the use of materials wherever possible. We recycle all cardboard that comes into our warehouse, and try to use very little tape and packing paper. It is a tricky balance but we are constantly improving.

“Absolutely loved the level of service received when I went to pick up my Mont Marte Creative Station. Not only was everyone smiling and happy but they also carried my awkwardly large order out to my car for me. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Nothing but good things to say about ART Shed. My initial order of pencils was damaged I contacted Art Shed to give them feedback about the disappointment I had in Australia Post even though the package was properly wrapped and even marked as fragile. I was very surprised when they advised they would be sending a new set. Its a shame that businesses like Art Shed have to pay for the incompetence of Auspost.”
