“Enjoyed my trip to art shed..good range of art materials but would have liked a bit more higher quality stock, paints and mixed media..but I understand if that's not your target.. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the shop was well organised and clean and tidy.”

“I absolutely love all the products that I have purchased from the art shed they have a great selection of different products, I have bought alot of different things from them they are my go to online store for my paints and other things that I need and there customer service is amazing every time I have purchased things they have packed it and sent it out straight away,I definitely recommend buying your products from them”

Hi Hazel, It is really disappointing to hear we were unable to send your order to you. Sometimes inventory discrepancies occur due to theft in our store, or due to a miscount by the supplier when sending our stock to us. The item you purchased was a Christmas set, and we were unable to get more stock so unfortunately we had to refund your order. If there is anything further you would like to discuss about this please let us know.

Hi there, We appreciate your review, thank you! Regarding your feedback about delivery charges, we understand that costs all around are rising and it is becoming more difficult. At Art Shed we do not increase our product pricing to cover shipping costs, and we charge exactly what it costs us to send orders around Australia. As a small business we continue to investigate better shipping options for our customers, unfortunately with fuel increases and transport costs rising we are bound by the pricing provided to us by Australia Post and Star Track. “I find Art Shed my go to for nearly all my art supplies. It is extremely handy because it offers efficient online services such as door to door delivery and great customer service. This is a boon since I have a mobility disability and it makes normal shopping hard”
