“My car is currently off the road for an extended period (2 months plus expected for parts) this is also the 2nd time this same out has happened. I’m covered for the repairs under my maintenance package that I pay for but as my car is out of warranty the manufacturer will not provide a courtesy car. Arval have told me that my terms and conditions do not include a courtesy car and therefore I am now without a car for the foreseeable future despite having to pay my monthly lease still. I have tried to raise complaints to speak to someone but they really don’t care at all. Please avoid!”

Quite frankly the worst customer service I have ever received. A special shout out to Jade Pickford who was incredibly patronising and rude, contrary to her Customer Service 'Specialist' title.
Correspondence is very confusing and at Jade's discretion is 'ambiguous'.
Was initially advised that the return of vehicle LC19 DHJ would be £0 on the phone but have since received two bills for £500 which they are threatening legal action with. Wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Scam artists.”
“New Arval lease car arrived with front number plate not screwed on. Can’t drive any distance adds a result. We were advised to ‘screw it on ourselves’ - what on a lease car? I don’t think so. Also arrived filthy with mud underneath (obviously been parked in a muddy field) and with only one key. Can’t set up the infotainment and user profiles as both keys are required. Second key sent after we called several times, but needs to be paired by a dealer to we have to make an appointment, losing 2 weeks from delivery. Compensation - told to take it up with the dealer. Erm, no, our contract is with YOU! Really wished we had ised another company. Other review sites have Arval raised a lot lower than 4.0.”
