I was not aware of the process and accidentally purchased a pack. I immediately realized my mistake and reached the consumer service. They acted swiftly and understand my query and resolved it without further delay. I only saw this kind of support from elite companies like Apple… I am very happy with their services and consumer support.

Read everything they send to opt out of subscription if you pay even $1 for what you thought was a one-time thing. I am very grateful they were able to refund me $39.99 for a subscription I didn’t want.

I went to this site via Instagram ads They use deceptive marketing practices to sign you up for some kind of subscription without your authorization. I only agreed for one off payment of $1. But a week later I realised I was made to subscribe to 5 different automatic renewal subscriptions in total of USD $57/ month in total, It should be illegal. I was able to resolve it via PayPal dispute. I blocked them from my PayPal. I'll notify PayPal to make this merchant banned!!
