my satisfaction comes from the fact that they solved my problem with great kindness by meeting me. I subscribed by mistake and immediately it was canceled and my money returned. it could have been an unpleasant inconvenience.

I did a free trial and didn't want to purchase after but couldn't figure out how to cancel the subscription cause it wouldn't work for me on the site. So needless to say I was charged. And with past experience with other companies I've been told I'd just have to take the loss. They went above and beyond to help me get a refund instead of making me keep the subscription. Thank you, very much appreciated!

First they charged me for a subscription that I didn't sign up for or want but when I got in touch with customer support they gave me a refund promptly.. of course it will be five days before I see it back in my bank account but they did it

I think they are honest. Maybe i do some mistake and I don't remember if i had close the plan or not. I say yes, they no, but, anyway they refund me.
