“I did a free trial and didn't want to purchase after but couldn't figure out how to cancel the subscription cause it wouldn't work for me on the site. So needless to say I was charged. And with past experience with other companies I've been told I'd just have to take the loss. They went above and beyond to help me get a refund instead of making me keep the subscription.
