The advert is very misleading ,you are vulnerable to signing up for more than first envisaged,but to their credit Trevor gave me a full refund The refund procedure is also very difficult to navigate to the correct actual refund pages.....

I did a free trial and didn't want to purchase after but couldn't figure out how to cancel the subscription cause it wouldn't work for me on the site. So needless to say I was charged. And with past experience with other companies I've been told I'd just have to take the loss. They went above and beyond to help me get a refund instead of making me keep the subscription. Thank you, very much appreciated!

First they charged me for a subscription that I didn't sign up for or want but when I got in touch with customer support they gave me a refund promptly.. of course it will be five days before I see it back in my bank account but they did it

Somehow I was subscribed to their services and was charged 4 months in a row without even realising. Immediately I contacted the support team and they were kind enough to explain the situation patiently and afterwards reimburse me for the amount I have paid.

I was on a trial basis but somehow I ended up being charged after some back and forth messages my customer service representative Jeff informed me of the decision to refund money I am in Australia and an aged pensioner therefore the exchange rate was high and I am not able to afford such luxuries Thank you Jeff for your understanding I am so grateful to you.
