I found their intial sales pitch somewhat deceitful when they promised to transact at no cost for 7 days and then immediately charged my account on taking my payment details. However they showed their authenticity and integrity by immediately refunding the monies charged when I lodged a complaint. So for those interested in Tarot, psychic consultations, astrology and numerology I would strongly recommend asknebula

I got really mad at Nebula as they charged me for something i didn't want. I took a test on IG and then i was directed to their app which is very unfriendly and confused to navigate. Font are too small, the "skip" function almost hidden. Very bad experience which i do not recommend to use. Nevertheless the support team was very effective in solving the problem and refund me totally. My 3 stars only go to them. I would give a - 10 to the rest. Better not to use it

I had ordered a chart as a gift. I mistakenly entered my credit card for an offer. I notified the Nebula for a cancellation . All was completed by your staff quickly. Thank you for doing this in record time. Mary Sciorra

I was just curious, but did not realized I would be charged quite a bit - So even thou initially I was pretty mad about it, they do have great customer service - and they were happy to resolve it ASAP, and very efficiently. So I have a good impression of this Team and only wish them THE BEST :)

Excellent customer service ! I also had the experience of being incorrectly charged. Wow! Ive never come across such forgiving and generous apologies … 50% refund and two FREE additional offers of my choice from 8 . Yes I still need to wait for refund to show in account .. however this response was personal, prompt and not auto generated . Thank you 🙏🏻

I suddenly got charged around 40€ although I didn’t intentionally subscribed to a service and even had my account terminated. I contacted the support and within minutes they came back at me and sol ed the issue. It was a really good experience.

Generally, the workers for this app is doing their very best to help their customer in need. They're all really polite and approached the problem with patience in order to help their customer. A really good team of workers and kind hearted humans.
