“Asknebula was ok and liked to find out a few things. I didn’t want to sign up for a lot and just wanted to try it out but had clicked on wrong button and got charged for it . Raised ticket and asked for a refund and the agent offered me 50% refund first but I said I wanted money back guarantee full amount and he did reply ok so should get my money back 5-8days. Very quick to respond”
