I didn't realise about the subscription, as it made out it was free. I immediately got hold of nebula to cancel, which they did straight away and resolved my problem.

I thought I was getting something free but ended up paying for three things I didn’t want. I didn’t see anywhere where it said I was purchasing them until the purchases came out of my account. So I contacted them and through email conversations it was resolved.

At first I had a problem with a subscription that I didn’t know of and the wanted to take the money from my bank account but after contacting the customer service desk they blocked the demand for the money and in one day the problem was solved

I wanted to end my subscription and they told me that they had no problem with that, so I won’t be charged again. Thank you. Also they are so fast answering if you have any question

I had a bit of a technical issue yesterday regarding a purchase I made in the application. I reached out to support because I was quite scared I messed up something, so I decided to reach out to the support team of Nebula. I did not regret it! They are an absolute blessing! They were kind, understanding and patient with me (I am super not tech savvy) and they provided clear and easily understandable solution to my problem! I can not thank them enough!

I was just curious, but did not realized I would be charged quite a bit - So even thou initially I was pretty mad about it, they do have great customer service - and they were happy to resolve it ASAP, and very efficiently. So I have a good impression of this Team and only wish them THE BEST :)
