By mistake i made a subscription, and i asked them to cancel it. I didn’t expect that they will reply to me that fast and refund me the amount of money. Excellent service.

Nebula responds quickly and gets to the bottom of an issue. My problem was solved in under 30 minutes.

It’s easy and they are responsive!!! My daughter accidentally hit ad on Facebook . I responded to the website and received a refund immediately so thank you very much and everybody has been wonderful.

I requested a refund and there response was very quick. Unfortunately I didn’t respond in time to get a full refund due to unforeseen circumstances but they offered to refund half and gave me 2 readings.

I requested a refund for my subscription. I received a positive response within hours. Very happy with the explanation why I had been charged. And although it was my mistake they refunded me. As well they were not obligated they refunded me my money.

I recently had an encounter with this site and didn’t receive my palmistry report, I reported and it was immediately resolved. I couldn’t believe it ….A company that stands by their promise 💜💐💜

I enjoyed the trial period and the 2 reports that I received. I decided to cancel my subscription and sent an email requesting to cancel my account before the trial period ended. To my surprise, I received an email from Markus explaining everything and verifying everything and then confirmed that my account was closed and no further charges would happen. I could not believe how easy it was and how polite he was. I was asked if I could tell them why I cancelled and if I had any feedback on their website or my experience with any of their advisors. I gladly told them and they were thankful and Orianna sent me the nicest email thanking me. I appreciate their customer service associates very much. They made it so easy and appreciated my feedback. Great job!
