They were quickly responsive to my request to cancel my subscription even after the cancellation date had passed. My funds were returned almost immediately after I sent my email. They followed up with me quickly and have been extremely professional and helpful.

It's a very good plat form to use. The customer service is very prompt on answering your concerns. The advisors are very skilled in their profession and I highly recommend their services if you want extra clarity on something confusing about life in general or a secretive P.O.I. Try them it's enlightening.

I accidentally subscribed to Nebula because I wasn't wearing my glasses. John was very helpful and unsubscribed me right away. He was very courteous. I appreciate the timely manner my request was dealt with.

i mistakenly signed up for this and i had requested a refund and these guys were happy to oblige which was extremely kind as i'm retired and on a very small fixed income and was freaking out. Nebula helped me out. Thank you.

I paid a small amount for a weeks trial. I got charged £25.99 straight away. I emailed and they kindly refunded me. I hadn’t realised it was a monthly subscription
