The customer service is really bad especially the chat room , they tend to reply with the same template or scripted replies and I don’t feel like I’m being serviced. I have been given two different reasons on the parcel not being delivered to the same location that I have ordered with the same courier service before… the customer service only asked me to reorder and to message the courier directly, I wonder if that is the consumer’s job? Only pushing the responsibility to the customer rather than checking on their backend , I have collected the evidence regarding this situation and I hope someone in @asos #asos can contact me . They never even offered to investigate just asking me to leave the chat without providing a valid solution. I read the terms and conditions, checked the tracking status and have been surprised twice that my items were refunded without my consent. They told me I did not pay custom fees when clearly I could see on the tracking the parcel hasn’t even been sent to the airport for me to be able to pay any sort of fees… it is an unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional for this type of customer service treatment, I urge Asos to please take serious action

My account was hacked and when I disputed the charge Asos refunded me a partial refund for merch I NEVER Received. They actually have the merchandise BACK as proof from shipping states it was returned to seller and they are trying to charge me half the price. Shame on you Asos !!!

Firstly, the positive reviews on this platform for ASOS are staff members having to do this as part of their daily tasks. ASOS was once a great shopping experience but in the past 5 years has deteriorated. So much so their Chief Executive Darrell Mercier who has been with ASOS for over 5 years has resigned. The operational service is extremely poor. I agree with the unsatisfied customers, the clothing is ok but the customer service is terrible. ASOS, shame on you. It is a case of too much too soon in terms of expansion. Any there other business coming up on your coat tail, so ASOS Watch out, and tighten up your ship.

I ordered a return via Hermes Pickup. The driver never came to collect. The returns deadline is now passed, meaning I won't receivey £80. They have intentionally removed their customer support phone number, and their live chat is no help whatsoever. Avoid this company. They promise "free returns" but they will do anything to get out of paying.

Few times ordering and the last one was the cherry on top. Just waste of money. I usualy don't write reviews if they don deserve it . But once again after damaged product by them i couldn't get replacement on the same day of delivery because i have to send it to the warehouse and order a new one but they may refund my money after 14 days so my husband will not able to get the jacket because it may be sold out until then and after he liked it i have to tell him he has to wear it damaged or return it because there is no other option . My husband's mother ordered Tomy Hilfiger jacket which was fake . I won't be loosing my time and money anymore on this site. The pictures look good until you see the product in person.. its like a casino you dont know what you will get ...Lost a few clients today i hope you are glad

Where to start!! Ordered on 21st December. Added premier delivery to basket in order as goods were needed for Xmas. Still not received and some items not available, spent 3 hours back and forth with customer service who are pleasant but totally useless. Think customer service is probs farmed out. Have asked for a refund of premier delivery which was paid by clearpay and for some unknown reason they are asking me to add my card and save as payment method. Unless you want a stressful shopping experience avoid this company until they sort themselves out.

Extremely unhappy about your service and way how could I receive any advice. Placed order on 28/12/2021 and ordered items, paying with PayPal. Never received confirmation, but money was frozen on my bank account. After several contacts trough chat and sending emails with no response, 2 days later I decided to call you. What I heard back was that it sometimes happens when clients are using PayPal that the order is not processed, and now I should wait a full 48h to receive my money back. The order will not be processed, and I'm stuck now with no items as they are out of stock after 2 days and I do not have presents that I was requested to purchase. There should be no option for PayPal on your web, or info for clients that when using PayPal you might never receive your order. They can freeze your money for a few days and do not provide a service. After 3 days, email from customer service that my email address is not registered with ASOS, (screenshots of me being logged in provided in the initial email) Definitely would not recommend using this website to anyone.

Horrible experience- I ordered an e gift voucher for my daughters birthday and they never sent it After multiple “escalations” I had to finally file a dispute with my bank to recover the funds

Absolutely horrible experience! This was my first order with asos & it will be my last ! Ordered some trainers for my niece & had my order confirmed . A couple of days later I was told it was running late but I would have it soon . Then a few more days after that they emailed to say my order wasn't in stock & have refunded me ! It's incredibly unprofessional, it's left me livid ! Just the standard automated sorry nonsense ! It's not good enough, I will be sure to highlight this farce on every review site possible & on every social media platform !

Terrible customer service, warehouse thefts that they pretend is the customers' fault, lost goods, money not refunded. They breach consumer credit act and don't refund when legally required

Worse company out there! If you have a problem with your order don’t expect a quick solution. They do not have an email or phone number, only option is to contact on chat, then after you get through after maybe an hour, they’ll tell you they’re passing it onto a specialist team who will contact you within 48 hours, after 3 days you’ll contact back and then they’ll tell you the same thing, only that this time they will for sure contact you back within 48 hours Waiting continues … They do not care about customers.

They charge cash on delivery and lie about this. They say it is taxes but this is not true as per canada post. Missing item from order. Very poor customer service.

Order not received, several virtual conversations later ASOS agreed to replace the order but only put half the order through as a replacement. Now got to try and speak to someone to sort this again, which is just about impossible!

Ordered weeks ago! ASOS emailed me to say they changed my address ( to an entirely different county- no reason why!).. I have contacted them neumerous times to see what’s happening and I’m getting nowhere and my money still hasn’t been refunded, this is weeks going on. Can only contact a webchat. No items and down almost €100 with 1week to Christmas now. No help. Disgraceful service! Stay away!

Hi, I made an order since 38 days and not yet delivered. I sent an email to asos customers care and after 8 days they did not received any feedback, and before that i contacted 6 live chat support agents but none of them resolved my problem.... and after all that time i have wasted, they cancelled my order without my permission. I guess ASOS should be considered an app from a 3rd world country. They are unprofessional at all. Best regards,

I ordered 2 pair of shoes, tried them at home and did not like them and decide to send them right back. One was $24 and the other $64. They reimbursed me $23 and told me that the other one has been worn and they couldn’t reimbursed me and going to send them back. They just deliberately ignore my right to be reimbursed. Do not order from them they are gonna steal from you. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Never again !

I had accidentally entered the wrong address for my order and they will not let you change that once the order is placed. You also aren't allowed to cancel the order after a specified time. I did not realize this and tried to tell customer service and the response was either hope they mail it back to asos or GO TO THE STRANGE ADDRESS AND HOPE THEY LET ME HAVE MY PACKAGE. Yes a customer service representative actually told me that this was an option that I had. That is wildly unsafe advice and this representative should be fired. Never order from a site that won't let you cancel the order. That's robbery.
