I loved ASOS. Used to be really-really good but NOT anymore. Clothing quality is getting cheaper, quality checks and inspection on return are almost non-existent, as I have received so many times faulty items (used, worn, ripped, dirty or in unsuitable conditions). Customer care advisors are often useless, and to make things worse, ASOS is still delivering with Hermes / Evri, which is one of the worst UK parcel delivery companies (severe delays, parcels left unattended, lost or stolen - most of the time stolen by the same Evri warehouse staff or delivery drivers). My last order was not delivered at all, and I'm still chasing ASOS to get my refund. Sorry ASOS, that was my last and final order. Never again.

I ordered 26th November and chose no rush delivery to save the postage cost . 14th December I get an email saying they are no longer in stock and a refund. Fuming! They should make it clear that they aren’t picking the order at the time you order otherwise this surely happens all the time!

very terrible delivery methods this has happened to me for the second time in a row as I have been informed that my shipment has arrived while in fact I didn't receive it !!!

Customer service worst I've come across all done by text...fine till you keep getting swapped to different advisors 3 in one 20 min online contact.Lost count of how many and none have emailed back yet? This issue still ongoing and still no email or update.I know lockdown doesn't help but come on isn't it Customer service to give some sort of service.No phone contact.Last time I'll shop with them.

Over the years I’ve spent a lot of money in ASOS however you daren’t send anything back as they now block your account! Online shopping is never easy as sizes vary so much. I use to love ASOS but I just think it’s a cheap, trashy outlet with zero customer loyalty.

I will say Asos is a decent company but when it comes to refunds and returns its absolutely rubbish. Its been over a month since i sent my return and they have recieved it because hermes shows delivered and i still havent got my refund. Also with the Jewellery just know your getting what your paying for, wouldnt recommend the cheap jewellery as the colour comes off after a couple days and stains your skin green. Just be careful. If you have to order just make sure to look at reviews and make sure your getting the size you want.

They said free delivery.. but after buying. They send e mail to you with extra charge around 30 GBP . You have to pay it They didn't mention it before .

Even the more expensive clothes are always see through, dresses from the tall range always too short for someone who’s 5’10 and look nothing like the pictures

Mixed feelings. For years I have ordered and everything went well, I got some nice items. But a year ago it changed. I had a series of bad experiences, from a coat that I ordered but never arrived, to terrible, terrible customer service. It is pretty much impossible to create a return. I am told, again & again, that I have to ship the item back to asos. But those bots can't seem to answer a simple question - WHAT ADDRESS DO I MAIL IT TO? How can I mail something to asos without knowing the address? Absurd.

The system is bad and the deliveries are even worse, no prepaid taxes, all surprises. The only good thing is authentic clothing, anything else is bad.

The service is great but the quality of the designs has gone from fashion forward, to Forever 21 or worse. I know the company is having trouble since trying to match competitive online prices BUT you don't need to be fashionless to be cheap. The used to be the ikea of younger fashion and now they sell midwest midlife crises lookng clothes. I used to spend almost $3000 a year there but now i have to search for about two hours to find anything i would pay for. Extremely disappointing and as a consumer and not a business analyst... It's NOT business specific strategy! It's simply asos items so noooot have people asking me where i got my jumpsuit. Switch Courses before you totally lose your brand identity!

Terrible service. Asos charge people for express delivery with a promised delivery date. On a few occasions, my order came 'days' later and they didn't apologies or refund the shipping cost.

Very disappointed lately with their service. Was Asos customer for many years. Received items without tags and was told by customer service it's normal that many their items has no tags which is not true. Never before I received any items without tags.

Asos are so moderately average. Where they do have a large variety of lines, most of which are nice. However, what seems to be a reoccurring factor that counteracts this companies service is the delivery. There have been many occasions where I have paid for next day delivery and it has not come next day, I tend to think often this is normal. On the other hand as it happened recently, it had led me to think...what service am I actually paying for if it doesn't arrive next day? After being in touch with their customer service team several times, it seems that they are too blasé to actually want to help their customers. No sense of urgency, no sense of compassion and not a thought of compensation. The attitude many Asos workers seem to bring really make me want to reduce the business I conduct with them, which is an awful pity.

I ordered the ‘head over heels black stud loafers’ and I loved them until the paint started coming off also holes started to appear on the soles! (I have not been wearing these shoes a month yet) Lovely shoes but not worth £38 !!

Don’t pay for premium delivery. More than half of the time it doesn’t arrive on time I often receive incorrect items. No one is performing a quality check prior to delivery. Customer service is terrible. I didn’t receive an item. It was sent back to Asos by the shipping service and I still had to wait 18 days from the purchase date for a refund. Asos used to be great. Now it’s a crappy business.

I received a 10% Birthday promo code, I used the promo code it deducted £1 off my total? I emailed ASOS and asked them to explain @ apparently “I should have read the terms & conditions of promo codes” & because my items happen to be sale items I therefore I’m not entitled to discount? Disgusted & ruined my birthday!
