"I ordered a tracksuit. Only received the jacket, the pants were missing. I had to return the jacket, get a refund and order again. I returned the jacket, but never got my money back. They are scammers and thieves. They use this trick a lot as i have heard. I have shown them the return receipt i got from DHL and the email they sent me, but both were not enough evidence for asos\u2026 so they got the item and my money. Thieves, nothing more, nothing less."

"ASOS REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR OWN POLICY. The website clearly says \"orders being shipped from the US to Canada that are under CAD $150 will no longer be subject to duties\"... But I was asked to pay fees on delivery, then I contacted Asos who says this policy is for USA only (LOL it clearly says \"Orders to Canada\"). After wasting 30 minutes waiting in the chat due to \"technical issues\" the person i talked to was very rude, didn't care about me, couldn't even read their own policy, and scammed me pretending I had to pay the fees."

"One word to describe asos will be (Terrible).\r\n\r\nShopped here since 2002. Been a super loyal customer I make regular purchases for myself, family and friends so I DO keep most of those orders (my card statement is proof of that) I spend a lot.\r\n\r\nBut Lately they've been sending a lot of damaged goods without checking them I've even had things missing from the order with parcels arriving open which I always make note when returning those orders as to reason why I am returning it and contact live chat.\r\n\r\nAnyway now.\r\n\r\nThey have Blocked my account so I went onto live chat to see what's going on and I'm being told it's due to security reasons! Without actually telling me what those security reasons are.\r\n\r\nBreach of GDPR playing with customers sensitive data and not notifying the customer of any reasons as to why they have been blocked.\r\n\r\nAsos do not look at the long term history only recent so if you make a couple of returns in a row even if you spend hundreds they will just block you. Disgusting company got rich off loyal customers like myself and then go and show thanks in this way.\r\n\r\nFurthermore seems they pay trst pilot a lot of money to keep negative reviews removed. I have provided multiple proof of my review yet no response from trust pilot team they keep removing it. Fake platform do not trust the reviews on there.\r\n\r\nI cannot wait for the day Asos go into administration and fyi that wont be long as they are reporting huge losses after the way they have been treating customers it's no wonder. Good riddance I'll take my money elsewhere plenty of better stores online these days."
