“If you want to visit Wakiki Honolulu, Hawaii. DON'T stay at the Aston Waikiki Sunset Hotel !! I Booked and paid for 6 nights in advance for my wife and I for a 1 bedroom sweet with a kitchen and King Bed. When we arrived there they put us in a barely used sweet with 2 Double beds and the room was Dirty. The Hallway SMELLED of mildew and Old carpet. They had us in this room for 2 nights and finally moved us into our prefered room with an Ocean view, this is what I Paid for, our stay was Substard and NOT what we Expected !! I would not recommend this Hotel to Anyone Period !! The Management didn't care about what happened to us and they charge every room a Fee of 25 dollars for cleaning and then they tell you that the room will only get cleaned Once a week, TERRIBLE SERVICE !!”
