About All Things Barbecue:

It all started simply enough: just a few friends and family gathering in the backyard, enjoying good company and good food. Somewhere along the line, this simple family tradition turned into a passion, culminating with the 2009 opening of All Things Barbecue.

Located in America’s heartland and shipping across the country. All Things Barbecue has a simple goal: to spread the passion for outdoor cooking to as many people as possible.

“There were a few minor glitches with my order plus not receiving all the email notices/order confirmations. I contacted Customer Service and worked with Hannah Henricks. Hannah was not only phenomenal to work with, but she was very friendly and always quick to respond to my questions and in resolving the issues. We truly appreciate all of Hannah's help and are grateful for the service she provided. She is an ASSET to your TEAM!!”

“Paid expedited shipping and FedEx told me it was going to be late. Spoke with a customer service and she resolved everything quickly and my product came in as promised. Incredible products, phenomenal customer service! I will continue shopping with you folks so long as I’m able to cook!”

“I received everything promptly and all items were in good condition. I love that ATBBQ has more than just rubs and sauces. Stocking real cooking equipment aligned with the craft of BBQ realy sets the store apart from others. The only complaint I have is that I ordered the LEM sausage stuffer and had no real concept of how large it was. The dimensions weren’t posted on the website and the linked manual doesn’t really describe the size of it either. I used it last night and it works great… but now I have to figure out where to put this monster of a stuffer.”

“Customer Service even answered me on a Sunday when I had a question. Same day service...in these days and times with other companies one doesn't usually get such a prompt and respectful response. Another great service are the videos with Chef Tom. They are really informative and well done. Thanks to him, I am slowly building up my arsenal of rubs and spices! My next project is to cure pastrami with your curing bucket. What an ingenious way to keep meats below the marinade level! Kudos!!”

“The accessory box was packed poorly with little padding. The smoke stack was scratched and bottom front edge of the stainless shelf was rubbed. Still waiting for the cover to arrive, it's been a little over three weeks now.”
