About All Things Barbecue:

It all started simply enough: just a few friends and family gathering in the backyard, enjoying good company and good food. Somewhere along the line, this simple family tradition turned into a passion, culminating with the 2009 opening of All Things Barbecue.

Located in America’s heartland and shipping across the country. All Things Barbecue has a simple goal: to spread the passion for outdoor cooking to as many people as possible.

“Very disappointing so far. I placed a large order of over 25 items online a week ago. I specifically ordered here rather than Amazon because I wanted to give the business to ATB. I received an order confirmation by email, but then dead silence. I checked my order a week later and nothing had happened with it, so I called customer service. Apparently, one of the items is on back order for 4-6 weeks so my entire order was placed on hold. (However, my credit card was processed the same day as the order.) No one bothered to reach out to me and no one bothered to ship the remaining items that were in stock. If I hadn't called, I wonder what would have happened with my order. So frustrating.”

“All Things Barbecue is a company I've never had an issue with and I've been a customer for 6 years. My orders are always packed and secured properly and delivery is made in a timely manner. Also, their customer service is spot on, they provide excellent service all the time for what ever reason you might need them. I've had questions in reference to my Yoder 640 and they helped me with expert advise.All Things BBQ, BRAVO!!”

“I recently placed an order for several rubs and sauces. One of the rub bottles had the seal broken and contents was leaking out. The whole 10.4 oz. bottle was brick hard. When I informed ATBBQ, their response was that it was common for moisture to get trapped in the bottle and cause this. I was told to use a spoon to break it up in which I have no problem on a bottle that was sealed. My complaint is that the seal was broken and I deem the contents not safe to consume. I have ordered dozens of rubs from ATBBQ and others on the web. This was the first bottle I received that the seal was broken. I am sure that if I had pulled this off of a shelf at a local market and showed the staff, they would have replaced it. I just placed an order from another vendor. I don't appreciate that kind of service.”

“I probably wouldn’t know about ATBBQ if it wasn’t for chef Tom and his/ATBBQ you tube Chanel. I enjoy his content and have ordered rubs of all kind and have been very pleased with the service from ATBBQ.”
