“Just ordered a map and silhouette before reading these reviews . I had left a message for the co to call me as I wanted to check something - they never returned my call and the product looked so good I ordered anyway . Wish I'd read the reviews - now concerned I may not receive and / or may not be correct . Ordered on Sunday - said 3-5 days delivery - so I'm still hoping .....”

“Tried to get in touch with this company many many times before I ordered, email, phone, Facebook but noone ever answered or responded....dreadful customer service. However I took pot luck and ordered and to my amazement it arrived on time and I was very pleased with my order. They to sort their customer service out though”

“I did like my order when it finally arrived. The owner took forever to reply to all My messages which was so annoying and it took about 5 weeks to sort out my order. Very frustrating.”

“Great product but took 2 months to arrive instead of 2 weeks. Missed his birthday and honestly I even forgot I ordered it. Will be a Christmas present now.”
