“The two service people were very professional and arrived about 20 min before the scheduled time which was great. Not a lot of bs, which I liked (I probably talked the most) but they were very polite and completed the repair in a timely manner.”

“It was very easy to book the appointment. I found and ordered the part online in advance so all he had to do was replace it. It took him less than 10 minutes. He was on time, friendly and no hassle.”

“The service was incredible, called ahead to asked if that was ok. He understood the problem right away and was careful not to make a mess (the washer was still full of water). He gave us some time tips on how to keep our equipment running well and clean going forward.”

“David, the tech who came out to fix the refrigerator, was really kind, friendly, and even explained what had broken and what he was going to do to fix it. He came back with the part exactly when he said he would and fixed the fridge really quickly! Thank you very much!”
