"Avoid this garage!! \r\nBought Audi RS5 \u00a350000\r\nwould of but 0 stars if I could \r\nwent to collect it garage couldn\u2019t tax it because they didn\u2019t get car documents of previous owner! \r\nhad to borrow a car off them because sold old car and I was collecting new car they didn\u2019t mention no car documents previously owner told them he would post to them but didn\u2019t they shouldn\u2019t advertise car for sale without finally got the car on Sunday next day tyre pressure monitor came on took to tyre fitters they said two Bmw run fats shouldn\u2019t be on the car other two cheep tier and a slash one one with wire exposure took back to Audi they said nothing wrong with tyres on way back tyre pressure monitor came back on again! went to Audi Cheshire oaks on way back home they said exactly like the tyre fitters again so I phoned Audi customer service to complain constantly phoning them because they didn\u2019t get back in touch with me finally Audi agreed to fit two new tyre and I would have to buy the other two took back again to get tyre fitted off them next day flat tyre 15psi next day again Tyre flat again! they can\u2019t ever change a tyre without messing it up they are incompetent ring Audi Oldham they said to bring in I said no I have forgotten how many times I have driven there it\u2019s a 1hrs 15mins away went to tyre fitters after work they said they hadn\u2019t cleans the alloys before fitting new tyre on had to pay to get this done i was discussed this is a \u00a350000 car they had there money and didn\u2019t care the worse car buying experience iv ever had and the most expensive car I ever bought"

"I cant Believe Audi UK have dropped to the lowest standards, I have been a loyal customer for last 6 years and have come to a conclusion that this will be my last Audi, I have been completely conned and repeatedly told lies about Audi services and given assurances that my issues will be sorted only to my disappointment no action has been taken yet, the customer services are so poor if the call gets disconnected they never get back in touch, I was given Assurance by the manager couple of months ago that my car issue will be sorted and if it doesn't happen to contact him directly today when I contacted and asked for him the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes and said she cant get hold of him, after which I asked her for his Email id so I could contact him directly which she again told me lies that she has sent me his Email Id which wasn't sent she put me on hold again for another 5 minutes to tell me that she cant give his Email Id, but will request the manager to call me. since then I still haven't heard from him. I would not recommend buying any cars from Audi in the future for their poor service and false assurances given to customers.my call wasn't answered for 15 minutes which I had to cut the call and dial back again."
