“My wife and I visited the Audi showroom in Farnborough and were looked after extremely well by Marcus. He managed to find us the car of our choice by spending time with us searching other Audi branches . A very good experience and would certainly recommend my friends and family to visit the showroom. We were also very impressed with the showroom which enabled us to feel relaxed and to take our time in choosing our AudiA3. A nice touch also was that Marcus introduced us to the manager who wanted to thank us for buying from them.”

“Jim Ellis audi on peachtree has always been helpful as well as really talented technician especially Brandon. Not only that the video contents were clearly explained but knowledgeable as well. Front desk associate Andrew Clark has been helpful & took time explaining to me the repairs on my vehicle . Good service 👍”

“Had a shaky start to my first Audi experience but immediately had this turned around by Richard Robinson the car salesman that was looking after me. and look after me he did he couldn't have been more attentive to me and what I wanted needless to say I have bought my first Audi and could not be happier with my purchase and would not hesitate to go back to Warrington Audi. Many thanks to Richard once again, for making this a pleasurable experience.”

“Sheffield Audi have been brilliant with my Audi Q3 that I bought as a used car, however the car itself I am not impressed with. its a 2 year old car and is filled with water in the body work under the seat drivers side with a soaking wet floor. Sheffield Audi are going to fix the issue as its still under warranty however surely this isn't right for a 2 year old Audi Q3 with 27000 on it.”

“Went to Audi Plymouth today as a a light came on my car to say ‘ignition key battery needs changing’ I had no idea how to do this so popped into my local Audi & they were happy to take the car to the mechanics & 10 minutes later it was done, free of charge! Great , no hassle!”

“Went in to look at cars in Bristol Audi while our daughter had her Audi serviced and Scott Wilson who sold her the car last year came across to speak as he remembered her. I mentioned I liked the Q2 model but not the colour in showroom. Scott asked me which colour I wa. Ted and when I replied he said he had one outside in that very colour! He took us out to look at it and when we said we liked it he asked us to go in a. D talk figures. He was calm, friendly and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed the deal and left feeling pleased. When we went back to sort out the payments with Kevin Bamber this was explained thoroughly and clearly and again the customer service was spot on. Overall a very easy, seamless experience and would recommend Bristol Audi to friends.”

“My Audi car went for its first service. I was served by Beth Biddulph. Right from start I felt welcomed and all my concerns regarding work to be done were noted down and followed. Beth is very professional and has a lovely welcoming smile. She fits into her role very well- service advisor. Was treated to Q5 courtesy car which I thoroughly enjoyed driving. The colour is so eye catching and I drew a lot of admiration glances everywhere I drove. By the end of the day, someone was so attracted to the car that I have now introduced them to Audi Nottingham and this is a serious buyer. I’m just glad I have had opportunity to drive the intelligent car and test it’s intelligence. Yes I was smitten!!! Thanks Beth Emah”
