“My son Joe , has just taken delivery of his new Audi s3. The salesman Lee could not have been more helpful . Never too busy to take our calls . Kept us updated throughout , He made us feel important , and never tried to sell us something that we did not want or need . The car was stunning& Lee spent as much time with my son showing him how everything worked . Thank you Lee , you are a credit to Audi . If you need somebody who will go the extra mile for you , when you want to buy or look at an Audi , Lee is your man . (Audi Manchester)”

“I have just ordered my new Audi A7 from Manchester Audi. Peter Mills has looked after me throughout the sale and was very helpful in arranging a test drive, which was fabulous. Peter provided excellent knowledge of the car and good advice on specification. I am very much looking forward to collecting and driving my new Audi in March 17! We are now a family of Audi drivers as my wife purchased a TT in 2016. Fabulous customer service at the dealership with an enthusiastic welcome by Raf. I would highly recommend Audi Manchester for your Audi. Thanks Peter, great job!”

“I went into Audi Manchester, in Old Trafford to get my Audi TT booked in for a full service. I was overly impressed by the genuine compassion and care I received the second I stepped into the show room. Ella, a lovely young lady looked after me and sorted me right out. She was polite, kind and very efficient. I can't explain how warm and welcoming all the staff were at Audi, a nice bunch of guys working there too, all true gentlemen. It's excellent customer service that truly makes the difference.”

“I cant Believe Audi UK have dropped to the lowest standards, I have been a loyal customer for last 6 years and have come to a conclusion that this will be my last Audi, I have been completely conned and repeatedly told lies about Audi services and given assurances that my issues will be sorted only to my disappointment no action has been taken yet, the customer services are so poor if the call gets disconnected they never get back in touch, I was given Assurance by the manager couple of months ago that my car issue will be sorted and if it doesn't happen to contact him directly today when I contacted and asked for him the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes and said she cant get hold of him, after which I asked her for his Email id so I could contact him directly which she again told me lies that she has sent me his Email Id which wasn't sent she put me on hold again for another 5 minutes to tell me that she cant give his Email Id, but will request the manager to call me. since then I still haven't heard from him. I would not recommend buying any cars from Audi in the future for their poor service and false assurances given to customers.my call wasn't answered for 15 minutes which I had to cut the call and dial back again.”

“Booked my Audi TT black edition in for an MOT. Despite the technician finding an 'urgent' oil change was needed the service manager Mark Deighton released the car. The technician usually send an e-mail to you during the MOT but I didn't get mine till after I'd collected the car and returned home. It stated the need for an urgent oil change along with a windscreen wiper change and a systems check. The wipers are not too bad but I cannot understand why the service manager would have released the car when it urgently needs an oil change and systems check. I would happily have paid there and then for the changes. I called Mark who was unable to help. Now I will have to take another morning off work to take the car back in. Hopefully I will get someone more helpful and friendly. Failing that I'll have to take it somewhere else. On a plus note the technicians did an excellent job.”

“Audi Ireland are no better than UK! I developed a major problem in my A8 and it was just out of warranty (3 years ) but neither the dealer or Audi Irel were interested...so no more Audi’s for me.... purchase one at your peril...be warned!”

“Do not use audi finance In any circumstances, the ripped me off big time during my lowest time of my life ,having just retired due to poor health during the covid pandemic, I complained to audi finance and brushed off by a hostile lady called Ann Swift Clarke absolutely useless at customer services DO NOT USE AUDI FINANCE PLEASE GO TO YOUR BANK AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“i took my Audi tt 2017 reg to preston dealership of which i bought from Audi brand new . my rear view mirror internal had fallen off and took it to Audi preston and ask for help with fixing it . the job should take them 2 mins customer service man said the mechanics would do it for £90 for a 2 min job Disgusted i left can home and asked my son who Googled how the fix a mirror it took him 3 mins if that . i spent over £ 30.000 on this car and that how i am treated . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Louise Tilling”
