“After submission of my identity documents the self populated info page didn’t write my name as per my document consequently couldn’t verify my identity, once sorted, I couldn’t be happier with the process.”

“Should never have used! The site function 'value my shares' was inflated to 250% of actual share price, giving a fraudulently false idea of value. Fees were double that of competitor. Never would have chosen to use them if share value indicator had been accurate. Their fees amounted to 40% of the actual value of my shares! Did not reply to last email.”

“I asked for a friend to help me sell my shares as I was not very good with computers. Its been over 2 weeks now and I have not heard anything about my request. I have sent requests for information and nobody gets back to me. Very disappointing service, so I have gone to another broker. Quick and easy I don't think so.”

“4 Phone calls to listed Aussie Share Sales doe snot get returned. Time to complete transaction and sales money in my bank account takes longer (five days) then what was advised in phone call when I was finally able to get through to somebody with authority to speak to.”
