Hi Christine, Thank you for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel. I have checked our system and can see that your order was dispatched on 24th November with the tracking number CH115313189AU. When I checked the tracking here, I can see that your order has enroute already to the United Kingdom. Our international shipping times, found here, provide shipping estimates that are based off of Australia Post’s own guidelines and are thus an indication of how long it will take for a parcel to arrive once it has been dispatched. However, due to the COVID-19 disruptions to postal networks around the world there might be few delays. We sincerely apologise for this delay. Hi Vidar, Thank you for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel. From what I can see your order was dispatched on 22nd July, 2020 with the tracking number CH113071808AU, but it is currently delayed as a result of the Covid-19. I have just contacted Australia Post about the status of the parcel, and was advised that the parcels was shipped via sea as a result of the global pandemic. Your parcel has enroute to Norway already, unfortunately Australia post are unable to provide estimated date at the moment. As soon as I have an update from Australia Post I will let you know We sincerely apologise for this delay. Hi Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order. I have checked our system and can see that your order was placed on 23rd December and was subsequently dispatched the next day on 24th December - which is in line with our order processing times. As your order was placed during the busy festive period which has many public holidays, the parcel did take slightly longer to arrive than usual. I can also see that the order was ready for customs clearance on 7th January and was held for a further 6 days as the customs charges had not been paid by the recipient which is out of our control. Whilst we can understand your disappointment in your order taking slightly longer than expected to arrive, our team always ensures to carry out every measure available to process our orders as fast as possible.
