It was a gift to relative in Finland, so didn’t see it. It got stuck in customs who contacted the receipient about its value instead of me the buyer or you the sender!……not happy.

The items I received were great and exactly what I asked for thanks ! But I was extremely disappointed that I had an additional letter asking for a customs charge of £37.90 from HM revenue and customs before they were willing to clear the item through uk customs and deliver it , if unable to pay the result would be to return the items to sender , so I had to pay. I was not happy about this additional cost which I was not made aware off.  Apart from that I completely satisfied with my order

Hi Richard, thank you for getting in touch. We’re sorry to hear you are not happy with the customs charge. Unfortunately these customs charges are normal for importing items. Most countries will charge a certain level of import duties based on the value of the goods, however the UK has especially strict rules and low thresholds for the value of goods, meaning less expensive items can still require VAT and customs duties.. These taxes and duties are in addition to the shipping costs and are usually paid by the recipient in the country where the goods are being delivered. As detailed in our Shipping Policy “As the customer, you are responsible for checking customs and duty tax restrictions for the country you are sending your order to. Australia the Gift is not liable for any import duties, taxes, penalties, delays or confiscation you may incur as part your country’s legislation.” Accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. I have looked into your order and can see that it is still showing as on it's way on the Australia Post website. These delays are due to the limited air travel available during the outbreak of COVID-19. I have raised a case with Australia Post for them to provide an update as to where the parcel is and how much longer it will take to arrive. The gift hasn’t arrived. I ordered two weeks before the birthday and it hasn’t left the sender yet according to The tracking from Australia Post. Not sure why you are asking for feedback when the parcel has been sitting at a post office in Sydney. Needed to be in WA

Australia Post are experiencing delays across their network due to COVID-19 and unfortunately these delays are out of our control. On checking their system I can see that your order has an expected delivery date of 22 - 24 April however Australia Post have a notice on their website explaining that your order may arrive 3 business days after the 24th April. Our post is being redirected to the Brooklyn Park post office At the moment because of security breach unfortunately the first parcel turned up and was left on the front porch and the second little parcel was shoved into our letterbox through the slot and was damaged.

Hi Frank, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I have checked your order and can see that the shipping address that you entered on your order was for a home address, not a post office. After checking Australia Post's system I can see that you requested the item to not be safe dropped at your address and therefore it was directed to your local post office. Australia Post have been making a number of changes to their services in light of the recent COVID-19 virus and therefore some delivery methods and times have been affected. We're sorry that your items were left in that manner, however this is unfortunately out of our control as we do not physically deliver the items for our customers. i have placed the order on the 23rd Jan and purchased express delivery. The item was received on the 3rd February which is way longer than expected.

I have checked our system and can see that you purchased one of our Tankstream t-shirts which we order from one of our suppliers. We always try and obtain these t-shirts as soon as possible, however as we only place two orders per week with this supplier, it can take 1-3 business days for us to receive the stock. This is why we have detailed on the product pages for these items that customers should be aware that their order may take an additional 1-3 business days to arrive on top of the delivery estimates. In addition to this, your order was also placed before the Australia Day public holiday here in Queensland which would have also increased the delivery times. We really appreciate your feedback and we would like to highlight that we are working on updating our online store to allow customers more transparency on the estimated delivery times for their orders. i made 2 orders with you all to be sent overseas, one of the items purchased was clearly not quality checked as it had two holes in shirt which you supplied a refund. Still does not fix the damaged xmas present and the disappointed receiver. The second item i purchased which was to replace the first damaged goods as of yet has not even arrived at destination, so am far from impressed with your quality checks and who you forward your freight with. I do not think i would recommend you for any overseas deliveries.

Since we have received your feedback regarding the damaged shirts we have introduced new measures of quality checking all items before packing to ensure this is avoided in the future. I have also just checked the tracking system regarding your second order and can see that there is a delay on the delivery of the item within the Philippines.
