Very small item for the amount paid + shipping, quality is OK .. Take of 25 dollars and I think thats more reasonable.

I wasn’t impressed with these gifts as some of them looked funny. The eye on one of the toys was significantly out of place which made it look more scary that cute/ friendly

Unfortunately according to Australia post after checking the tracking, I can now confirm that your order was missing in transit as you rightly mentioned. I have checked our tracking system and can see that your order as at this morning have arrived the USA and with the Post Office at 1:56 pm on August 27, 2020 in DEERFIELD, IL 60015. I got an email asking for a review and I wish I could give one but it's been 3 weeks and my post is still being "processed by air carrier". It's the 10th time the tracking says it's been processed. Maybe someday I'll be able to review the actual product itself.

When I checked the tracking here, I can see that your order has enroute already to USA. Our international shipping time estimates are based off of Australia Post’s own guidelines and thus gives an indication of how long it will take for a parcel to arrive once it has been dispatched. In the case of your parcel due to the global pandemic, the estimated delivery date is Weds 04th Sept 2020. We sincerely apologise for this delay. My purchase was a gift for a relative in the UK. I paid a delivery fee of approx $42 only to find out that my uncle had to pay a £28 (UK pounds) delivery and handling fee and VAT. Otherwise everything was fine. It’s not good to hear that your gift cost someone money - almost the value of the gift itself.

Hi Fiona, Thank you for letting us know you received your order. We sincerely apologise that your relative had to pay the custom duty on your order. I can understand your frustration, however the UK Government imposes these customs charges on all items entering the country and has one of the lowest order value thresholds meaning that most orders entering the UK will incur charges. Unfortunately there is no way for us to pre-pay these charges for our customers via Australia Post, this is why we have made a note on our FAQ and Shipping Policy for customers to check the details when sending items internationally. These customs charges are normal for importing items. Most countries will charge a certain level of import duties based on the value of the goods, however the UK has especially strict rules and low thresholds for the value of goods, meaning less expensive items can still require VAT and customs duties. I have checked the system and can see that we dispatched your parcel on 09 July 2020 with tracking number CH112895777AU and has enroute via air to Canada. Unfortunately, due to the severe delays caused by the COVID-19 virus, standard parcels are taking longer than usual to arrive. The gifts arrived in good order but took weeks longer than I anticipated. Not sure if this was due to Covid-19 issues, and postal backlog?? The Senders note was also missing, So the family had no idea who sent the gift. Apart from the above, everything arrived as ordered. (Joey backpack very cute!).

I purchased T-shirts for kids on two orders I have done and your sizing is not really good. I got a size 10 be lucky if it fits a 6 year old
