“I have used Auto Aid twice over the last many years I am always rescued by kind caring people who do everything they can to get me home quickly and easily. My claims on both occasions were dealt with within days and the money was back in my account in a very short time. I have nothing but praise for the service. thank you”

“Their system was down when I phoned to renew earlier in the week and I had to try again next day.It was still down and as it was nearly due they said not to worry they would ring me when it was running again,and in any case they would honour it if it couldn't be done in time.This morning a young lady rang me back to say all was now ok if I still wanted to go ahead,and it was all done and emailed to me in seconds.Thank you.”

“I rang the helpline earlier today as I had made a mistake on the policy details online. I got through to Jessica, who was really polite and helpful. She explained that she could help me change my policy whilst I was on the phone and sent email confirmation through straight away. Just like to say thank you for the exceptional customer service as I appreciate that it must be a really busy time & it was my mistake. Such a relief to get it sorted there and then! Thanks!”

“Very efficient administration team, telephone answered immediately (not an automated message telling me how important my call is, but then leaving me hanging on - at my expense - for ages), price of recovery very competitive. When I have had to call on AutoAid to rescue me, I have been rescued quickly, efficiently and professionally. All staff have been efficient, professional and friendly.”

“I used Auto Aid Breakdown in 2017 for a failed fuel pump. The engineer arrived within 20 minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem very quickly and within an hour my car was on a flatbed to the garage of my choice. My experience couldn't have been better.”
