“You can instantly talk to someone when you call - my call was answered quickly and my query dealt with immediately. I have not ever needed to make a claim (yet) so I particularly like that my cover premium has not gone up at all in the second year, unlike other breakdown covers I have had, that double their premiums, even without any claims or call outs - in the second year. So I have happily stayed for a second year!”
