“Am staying with Auto National because you offer a decent price, but I had cause to call you out a few months ago, and it took almost 5 hours for a mechanic to arrive. Fortunately, it was an at home breakdown, but I still think that was far too long a time to be waiting. Not very impressed”

“In fact not happy , I have received email to renew my policy but there are no mention about my car . Just the amount, it would be better to have the car reg mentioned in the email so there is a connection . Also there is no mention that on the renewal day ,it will take 24 hours for the new policy to stat, meaning that there is a day with no cover , it would be good to have this mentioned in the email as well.”
