“Payment attempted when page expired. Yesterday I tried renewing my policy and was shocked to find page had expired not knowing whether transaction had gone through. Lauren kindly agreed to sort out 3 excess payments for refunding to my account. Obviously this will take up to 3 working days, and I now know to be more cautious with these things.”
