“I had a serious breakdown last September (2016) Although it took a couple of hours for your engineer to arrive, he quickly diagnosed the problem and loaded my 'dead' car onto his vehicle and delivered me and it to my local garage. Your man was courteous, polite and helpful throughout. Thank you.”
