“I tried to renew my breakdown cover online but kept getting a message saying system error so rang the helpline number and spoke with Antonya who was very polite and helpful and only took about 5 mins to sort everything out. Keep up the good work Antonya !”

“Never had occasion to put the service to the test but sure it would be okay for my basically local needs. Only problem I had when renewing on line was that it quoted a price £5 higher than the renewal quote. Had therefore to renew by phone as online there was no facility for taking discount into account. Dealt with pleasantly and efficiently.”

“I don’t normally give full marks to any survey as I think how ever good a company or experience is, there is always that little something that could have been done better. In this case it was the website that let you down, as for 3 day it came up with Error every time I tried to renew my policy. However in a short 6 min phone call to Sam it was sorted. Very pleased with the service today and over the years I have been with Auto National. Thanks again.”
