“I rang Auto National because I had bought a new car and needed the policy changing to the new vehicle. I did have to wait for over 5 minutes before the call was answered but Nita was polite, efficient and quick and my query was dealt with in 2 minutes.”

“Had trouble understanding the girl i spoke to as she had a foreign accent. And not happy that you no longer send out paper copies of my breakdown cover. And was asked for £5 for a copy to be sent to me. After over 20 years as a loyal customer i think this is daylight robbery.”

“I renewed my Breakdown Cover without any difficulties, thanks. The only time I can assess or judge when I am happy is should I need to call on your services i.e i've broken down or need your assistance - like all insurances that's the only time you can judge whether you've actually had good service or not and whether I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER. If I'm UNHAPPY I will let you know ok??”
