Carried out the Transaction (via telephone with SAMUEL who was Most Helpful) because the Renewal Premium stated via the "Renewals" Portal, was a higher figure than that stated in the email I received just 11 days ago ! Samuel confirmed the emailed figure was the correct one, and All then went through smoothly.”
