“I have been with AutoNational for many years and fortunately, seldom used their services, but when I have, the service had been without fault. I received a renewal email which included the cost. I tried to renew on line but was was offered a renewal price of 260% more than offered in the email, so had to phone to sort pricing out. Tina Hogan of AutoNational offered a friendly but respectful service. Mrs Hogan resolved the problem to my satisfaction, thus awarded 5 star, the website awarded 2 star.”

“Excellent service as always. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and everything is hassle-free, unlike some other organisations I could mention. Even at weekends and Bank Holidays the service is just excellent. I have used AutoNational, and also InterNationa, for several years now and have no intention of elaving them. Just spoke to Tina. “We have always had great service when needed. However when trying to renew the price quoted on member renewal page online is higher than that in reminder email. This has happened for both myself and my wife's renewal meaning we have each had to ring to renew rather than use online service. However, phone answered promptly and payment made within just a few minutes.”
