“A slip-up in the renewal premium. Renewal quoted at £97.65, previous 12 months was 95.47. I went on-line to renew, only to discover total superservice was 72.91. When I phoned to query this, Melissa initially thought it was due to a claim and that it would reduce and when I explained there had been no claim, she was very good and immediately and politely agreed and we agreed that I pay the 72.91 by card over the phone. Maybe the 90 odd pounds was from when I had 2-car cover though I thought this had been cancelled. Have I possibly been paying more than I should have for the least year or 2??”
