“The person I spoke to was very nice and polite but I think my policy is wrong. I asked for Home Service (i.e. help if I can't start the car at home), but the policy is the same as last year. Under Sections Applicable only Roadside Services is Included and I have paid £30 extra for this! Please clarify.”

“I have been very satisfied with the service from Autonational Rescue which I have been a member of for over 10 years. However I was MOST ANNOYED AND UPSET when I was told by your operative on the phone that you are no longer doing postal renewals and I could only receive your communications by email. THIS I FIND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and although I did renew this year as there was little time before my cover expired, I must warn you that I will be unlikely to renew again next year if you persist with inconsiderate and inflexible policy. I very much regret having to write in this way.”

“I Have been with Autonational for many years although fortunately not had to use their services for breakdown more than a couple of times. The service was prompt and efficient and constantly updated whilst waiting. On this occasion I have transferred to another vehicle and although the actual transfer date of the vehicle is wrong it is not enough to cause a real problem.”
