“Completely forgot about renewal in spite of e-mail a few weeks ago to remind me. Received a phone call from Melissa this morning and renewed over the phone. Cannot fault the service I have had from Autonational in the past years, only calling for their assistance a couple of times. Highly recommend them.”

“Had previously had Breakdown Cover with Auto Aid but was not now suitable for my needs. Agent suggested that Auto National would maybe be more suitable for my needs. Indeed it was so have purchased. Agent fully explained what I was now covered for. Very helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend this agent. Cant comment on the actual company for breakdowns and hope I actually never have a breakdown!!”

“Thankyou Nita for your help this morning, however for some reason two documents arrived into my inbox while the third arrived in Junk, have found it now. I feel that too much automation is not always the best, a little more personal touch would have brought up the fact there was no response to earlier emails, they have never arrived, must be floating in the air somewhere. Had you not been so helpful we could well have joined AA or someone else, these days so many companies go out of business with no warning it is easy to assume something like that might have happened.”
