Helpful on phone - just would be better if the renewal price quoted could be paid online rather than having to phone in order to get the price quoted especially as the phones are often busy

Ive been with Auto National now for several years and fortunately like most Insurance based companies only find out how good/bad they are when making a claim or calling for service. The 1-2 occasions I have required your services I have experienced satisfactory treatment and quite timely responses also. I might have voted Very Good otherwise. My renewal yesterday was handed very efficiently by Nita although I was waiting online for 7-8 minutes before my call was answered by a human being - very satisfactory, thanks.

I have been with auto national for a number of years as your records will show, next year I shall take time to look around. In the first years if I made no calls I my fee was reduced, that is no longer the case.

I have always been pleased with the service Auto National provides. I had to call them only twice (in short succession for the same electrical fault) so I have limited experience. As I am driving a really elderly car it is all the more important to feel that I can rely on this service, which I am confident that I can do so.
