“Once through to the advisor all was easy. Phone keep ringing and repeating the same message over over was annoying. Also website still asking AUT 8 digit policy to renew online. Inother otherwords policy cannot be renewed online.”

“I first tried to call you and a very irate voice said they couldn’t hear me and rerminated my call. My second attempt was successful and efficient but the voice I was speaking to was short ,curt ,and not at all welcoming. Not at all like I have experienced in the past I nearly didn’t continue the contract.”
