“As a previous customer I had to renew by phone. This was not a problem and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I cannot comment on the rescue side of the company as luckily I haven't had to use it. I am glad to have the reassurance of belonging to a rescue company.”

I had e-mailed the company to question why the renewal price was different on the website when I tried to renew online compared to the quote given in the renewal reminder e-mail, but received no reply. I tried again to renew online but again the price was different thankfully I was able to renew by phone.”

“Hi Today I spoke to Samuel who was very friendly and explained things well. I needed to renew my policy but also had some changes to make which he did quickly. He asked if I wanted the extra key cover, but didnt push this service, which I found very refreshing. I do actually think that the key cover is an exellent idea as I have been known to lose them on occasions and the cost of replacing them is very high. Therefore £12 is a small price to pay for peace of mind and a new key! I haven't needed the breakdown service very often over the many years I have been with Autonational, but when I have the service has always been excellent.”
