“ON the one occasion you were called out we were happy with the response time and the service given by the mechanic. What I was not happy with was when I attempted to renew online my details had not been updated and the amount for renewal was twice that given in your e mails. I was obliged to phone and sort it out.”

“The assistant was very polite and professional. The policy update is fine, but it would be better if my existing policy could have been just updated to include the extra service, rather than cancelling the existing one with its associated fees and recharging for the new policy. This leaves a sour taste in the mouth.”

“Prompt renewal process which is very good. Not so happy that there is now a premium to pay of you do everything by post. This appears unfair on people who either do not have a computer (My father-in-law) and not computer literate (my older family members) Not had to call on breakdown for many years so the proof will be in how I'm dealt with in the event of a breakdown. Used Auto National Rescue over the past 20 + years only stopping when the breakdown cover is free with a new car.”
