“I was having problems renewing my policy online as the premium did not match the amount quoted on my renewal letter! I was due to pay circa £109 and there were differing amounts of £62 and £116 appearing! I rang the renewals line and spoke to Tina who processed my renewal and I received the paperwork in the post 3 days later so all resolved.”
