Repairer arrived as scheduled. He took about 30 minutes to 'repair' a chip and a star crack. Only after he had gone did I see that the star crack looked the same, and all I have is a noticeable blob of resin where the chip was. Looks unsightly, and must reduce the value of my car, so I am going to ask my insurance company for a new screen.

I was given a date and time for the repair. The technician contacted me whilst en route to provide his expected time of arrival. He arrived at the appointed time, and completed the windscreen replacement within one hour. Excellent in all respects.

The fitter was great clean smart knew his job dedicated to his company did his best to sell me wipers also cover his company by noting all scratches And damage to my car also very quick and safe and knowable keeping me informed of what he was doing what to do after he was finished and timing when to drive it. He is a young man but if he would have been one of my junior ranks in the army I would have been looking to making him a training officer with the skills he has and dedication to your company. Please pass on my thanks to him fora job well done.

Was at work waiting for them to turn up. They said they did but for some reason didn't enter either office to get me. Plus not one person down the lane had seen them. Then they charged me a £35 cancelation fee. While I was waiting I kept checking the tracking feature,that kept telling me that they where fifty minutes away. So completly useless.

I have now called them 7 times, were they promised to call me back with a fitting date for the glass in my car and I have not had one call back. I have not had use of my car for 9 days at the moment with no end in sight.

A very greedy company charged me for cancelling an appointment in the morning, the fitter was not due out until 1500 - 1700 a total rip off, please find an alternative or be very careful before you book as they are ready to take your money no matter if they do the job or not !!

Broke the outside clip on my car that goes over the windscreen. It's loose now and not flush. Wouldn't mind but my car is only 2 years old. Shards of broken glass everywhere all over my new cars dash and in probably in the heaters! I cut both my thumb and finger on some of glass when trying to clean up after them. Will never get insurance with a company that use these cowboys ever again

Do not use Milton Keynes! The man took my wipers of but failed to put the bolts back on. So they was not working but they were working before. When he fitted windscreen he said all sorted but failed to tell me the wipers were not working. Failed to let me no there was glass in the heaters could have been very dangerous didn’t even to a basic wipe down!

Had windscreen fitted today Bedfont, Eethan, Roy and Chris, very friendly guys, and made me very wecome,and great coffie and im fussyand also had to time to chat rather than wisk me out the door, thanks,,, paul. 5stars.

I used the Nottingham branch and found it easy to arrange a replacement windscreen at short notice. Joshua came to do the fitting and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed a replacement windscreen.

absolutely disgusting, steer clear of this company, the same company that went bankrupt a few years ago owed the government millions then set back up in different name, if this is how you treat your customers you,ll be bankrupt again soon

My windscreen was replaced by Richard at your Wellingborough hub on Saturday morning. He was extremely professional and carried out the work quickly having first given me a coffee and made me comfortable in the waiting room. All in all a very good service - well done and thank you. Keith Hewitt

Why do insurers use them? Absolutely incompetent. AVOID THEM . They called me on the day, less than 2 hours before the job was due to cancel it, the technician was off sick. Rebooked it for 5 days later, to be done between 16.30 - 18.30 pm. The technician turned up at 8pm. It was already dark. changed the windscreen and cracked it. And he told me he did not have the correct trims. Called the customer service the following day to be told I did not give them the correct information for them to order the windscreen. Therefore I realised they fitted the wrong windscreen. Which they admitted later. I have requested a refund for the excess, they say it will take 15 days. I am now taking ma car to my dealership. I will not let them go anywhere near my car.

Very understanding when I was stuck in traffic and therefore late. Sat me in front of the TV with a latte while I waited. Completed the job efficiently. Windscreen looks perfect. Very happy with the service from Justin and team.
