After being spoke to by a very rude lady at customer service who was not helpful at all, I was going to find somewhere else to have my windscreen done. As soon as I put the phone down, I had a phone call and a very helpful man said he could get my windscreen done on Monday which was fantastic. Due to the bad weather, I had a phone call on Monday saying it would not be possible to have the work done, the same day I had a phone call and was able to re book for Wednesday, which I received a text message to confirm the appointment and time. Wesley was efficient and got the job done well and phoned me to tell me what time he was due to arrive, very impressed after a bad start from customer service. I would recommend.

After a false start (wrong parts, apparently) and several days later, new screen fitted by Dan. Personable young man who was cheerful and got on with it. Screen fitted was kind of an upgrade being a top tint so I was well chuffed. Have used this company before many moons ago and they are still one of the best out there. Cheers!

Very satisfied with the replacement windscreen so far. Very punctual on the day of the appointment and the job done with care and commitment. My only disappointment was the the booking could not be made for over 3 weeks.

I was directed to use Auto Windscreens by my insurer (SAGA). The initial interaction was less than satisfactory (hard to book a specific day and time to have my windscreen replaced; lack of call back; offered a slot that did not meet my availability). Persistence on my part paid off and I was given a slot at the Kidlington, Oxford centre that worked for me - although it should not be this hard. The fitting of the windscreen however was excellent and the fitter courteous and did a perfect job. For me the outcome was good; the initial engagement was not good and should be improved.

Some initial delay and then first appointment was cancelled because glass wasn't ordered but David, who came today, did a first class job.

Although I had to wait a couple of weeks, this was not a problem, as the 6 inch crack was not in my direct visual field. Paid my excess on the initial phone call, which I thought reasonable. Technician arrived 2 hour later than time promised. He turned out to be a total star. My 9 year old S Class Mercedes proved difficult. Wipers arms had never been touched, so a real struggle to remove as was the windscreen. Mike (had driven from Abergavenny) coped admirably and patiently. Extremely competent, helpful and courteous. The initial call I made was dealt with by a lady who asked me (after id informed her that the size of the chip was smaller than a £2 coin and not in my line of vision) Does it need repairing or a new windscreen?? which is where I thought her expertise may have fallen and not mine. I would of expected an earlier appointment date than what I got but fully understand that you need to prioritize appointments. The fitter who repaired my windscreen was very polite and professional in his work. Very satisfied with the repair, Thanks.

Took some time to answer my telephone call (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but operator was most helpful. Martin (fitter)kept me informed of booking BT phone and texts and arrived promptly. Explained everything in detail and was very courteous.

The gentleman that came, Olly I believe his name was, was lovely, explained step by step what he was going to do and as he did the work, said what stage was doing to fix the chip. He was happy to answer all my questions, IF I have another chip, will defiantly be calling auto windscreens again!!

Good communication. Engineer arrived when advised and phoned in advance. Repair job was done within 20 minutes and was well done. Recommended

I was initially meant to have my windscreen replaced on 11th September between 13.00-17.00. I received a call at 5pm advising they could not make it as they were too busy. I was then told that the next appointment would not be until 26th September. My MOT is due on 22nd September so I had to ask them to attend and replace the windscreen at work instead as they had an appointment for the 21st September in my work area. I was given the time of between 13.00-17.00 again and their engineer, Simon, called at 14.00 to advise that he would be with me in 45 minutes. As advised, Simon turned up at 14.45 in a very polite, courteous and friendly manner. He replaced the windscreen in 30 minutes verily tidily. I would have rated Auto Windscreens 'very good' but due to the issue with my first booking I feel a 'good' rating is fair and justified. A huge thank you to Simon for being so polite and courteous considering the poor weather!

Easy to book, unfortunately couldn't fit me in for two weeks. When auto windscreens came they turned up early and took an hour looks great.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait 3 weeks to replace my windscreen (that is my only gripe) apart from the delay I can't fault the service I received, they came to my work which is literally in the middle of nowhere, the fitter was a specially trained Audi technician & due to his experience he made the job look easy! From the first phone call to the technician leaving everybody I dealt with was polite & cheerful (even when I got grumpy about the delay). I am happy to recommended Auto Windscreens & would definitely use them again (hopefully not to soon!!)
