“The staff were very efficient in contacting me to arrange the initial paperwork and at every point after that. They were incredibly friendly on the phone, which made the situation (post accident) so much easier. The delivery and collection was quick and problem free and I was notified when the drivers were close, so that I didn't need to wait in for them beforehand.”

“Was told courtesy car would be with us in the morning of date that my car would be taken for repair,car was picked up 8/30am,waited till 12 noon ,phoned the car hire firm was told they new nothing about it and they did not have a car for us and was unlikely i would get one today,as i had a hospital appointment 8/30 the next day for a major opp, there was a heated exchange for about 10 mins,and he still said it was unlikely i would get my car today.Decided to phone your office and explain the situation,on the plus side the lady i spoke to understood the situation and hire car turned up late afternoon, very stressful day for me.Auxillis was good, car hire firm was bad.”
